By using the My Life In A Wheelchair website or Android app, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear, not to trick you.
Using the service
You may use the site and app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't use them to harm others, break the law, or interfere with how they work.
Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login safe and for what happens under it. Let me know right away if you think someone else is using it.
Content you post
You keep ownership of anything you send or post. By posting, you give me permission to display it inside the service. Don't post content that isn't yours or that's hateful, illegal, or invasive of someone's privacy.
My content
My writing, photos, videos, and design are mine (or licensed to me). Please don't reproduce them outside the service without asking.
The Android app
The Android app is distributed through Google Play and is subject to Google Play's own terms in addition to these.
Availability
I do my best to keep the service running, but I can change, pause, or shut down features at any time. I'll give notice for anything major when I can.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. I can't guarantee it will always be error-free, secure, or available.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service.
Termination
You can stop using the service any time. I can suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, I'll update the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, notify you in the app or by email.
